Shipping Terms
Shipping is handled via GLS Parcel Service.
Shipping Costs Germany: Free Shipping
Shipping Costs Zone 1 (Belgium, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Austria, Denmark):
- 5.95 € Gross (incl. local VAT)
Shipping Costs Zone 2 (France, Spain, Italy):
- 8.75 € Gross (incl. local VAT)
Note for B2B: For shipments to EU destinations with a valid VAT Identification Number (VAT ID), we calculate net prices without VAT (Reverse Charge / Intra-community Supply).
Delivery Times
Unless otherwise stated in the respective offer, delivery takes place within the following delivery times (working days, Mon-Fri):
- Germany: 2 working days
- Belgium, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Austria, Denmark: 3 working days
- France, Spain, Italy: 4 working days
The delivery period begins after payment receipt (for advance payment/bank transfer) or after order completion (for PayPal/invoice).
Please note that delivery does not take place on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will send the goods in one shipment. The delivery time is then determined by the item with the longest delivery time.
